At WPS Properties we are a family-owned Real Estate Investment firm with a primary focus on providing the best renovated homes & rental units in Delaware County, PA. The company was founded in 2018 by father and son, Lou and Lou III, with the idea of doing a few "Fix & Flips" here and there. Since that point, we have actually purchased and held just as much property as we have purchased and flipped! Our services now include the purchase of distressed property, renovations, property management, helping people buy & sell residential/commercial real estate, and funding Fix & Flip projects for other investors. While our strategies may have changed over the years, our standards have not. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product, but even more importantly, the quality of our service. At it's core, WPS Properties is about superior service. There are countless companies in the REI space to choose from that are great at what they do. How we set ourselves apart from the pack is being the best to work with.
